I didn't watch the trial, so I'm not entirely sure. BUT, I am going to go way out on a limb, piss some people off, and say that this is exactly like OJ in that they both got away in killing members of their families. OJ killed two people, but I'm ranking this slunt higher because she killed a defenceless little child.

So she gets 4 years in prison plus a $4000 fine...but with time served already, she could be out by the end of the month.

And now CNN says she will be released Wednesday due to 3.5 years for time served and .5 years for good behavior.

My gut tells me after reading through this trial, and how she acted and behaved that this is an evil evil woman that comes from a dirtbag family.
My gut also tells me that she got away with murder, but I can't prove it.
But I wouldn't be upset if someone ripped out her uterus with a rusty knife so there would be no possibility of her having kids.
When I was watching the sentencing this morning as I got ready for work, and the camera focused on her, I thought to myself that his woman in a terrible human being.
I would expect that Oprah will have a tearful interview with her in a few weaks, and then blame evil men for prosecuting a obviously wounded mother.

I guess the best thing we can hope for is that she gets OJ'd. Watch her closely and if she slips up again, throw the book at her.
Anyone know if she is going to be on any type of probation or anything when she gets out?
