Composer of cult classics like The Rodeo Song and Cheech and Chong's Earache My Eye.

Heart attack while setting up for a sound check.

According to Jann Arden on Twitter, some dirtbag proceeded to steal his Les Paul guitar and other equipment in the commotion.
