			You'll be able to find rolls of bubble wrap at Post Offices as well. Any Shoppers, Rexall or Paragon with a PO in them should have supplies that you are looking for.

			When i shipped my wheels i just covered the face and back with cardboard, its thick enough and protects the wheels better than bubble wrap.

			as Tyler said above is what we do when we are shipping wheels. HEavy cardboard front and back and either tape or band them

			Yea thats how they all get shipped Bubble wrap is too soft and will pop under the weight. 
 Most of the time when they ship wheels with no rubber on its just individual boxes. For tires on they just cardboard the front and back.
