Summer tires? Edmonton right now is like a swimming pool. I need a way to float my car. I saw a car this morning wade through bumper high water. Ridiculous. I had to jump out of the passenger side because my car was sitting in ankle high water in the parking lot.

I get confused this time of year. Whey say 15-25 cm of snowfall, is this the total expected accumulation? I mean, a lot should melt since the ground has warmed up a bit -- right?

They are total precipitation amounts, not neccesarily total accumulation amounts.
It might snow at a rate of 3cm per hour for 5 hours (for 15 total), but only 4cm may stay on the ground due to drifting or melting.

Apparently the wind is going to pick up too which might cause some snow drifts if the snow isnt the wet kind.
