Apparently from, the rumor mill, the lead is between Nathan Fillion and Mark Wahlberg. Personally, Nathan would rule in this role. Wahlberg is not a funny/witty man, well at least not like Nathan.

Other rumors have the Italian crime couple Robert De Niro and Joe Pesci.

The Uncharted games are practically movies in themselves. I for one will support Nathan because he is talented and has a great scene of comedic timing and he oozes charisma. Unlike me who used the term ooze with charisma.

If Mark is the lead I will not see it until it's on TV.

This movie is already a joke. The character of Nathan Drake is based off of Nathan Fillion, and Fillion himself said he wanted the part BADLY. But the guy directing (forget his name) is essentially an a-hole to work with and fights with everyone except Mark Wahlberg.

Wahlberg has been cast and Fillion already said on twitter that he is excited to see what Mark does in the role.

Rumor is De Niro is Sully which is a terrible casting job and Pesci? Holy god no.

The movie will be a bigger joke than Max Payne was.

I'm a fan of Nathan. I'd pay to support him getting more roles because he is basically one of the genuine cool cats out there in Hollywood. They need more of those and less Wahlbergs...
