Man, Lions need to stop crying and just play. They are acting like babies with all these penalties. I guess 4-40 in their last 44 games will do that.

Kinda wish I took the day off and drove down to Detroit for this one. I would have if I wasn't in Boston last weekend for the Pats - Colts game.
Can't wait to face the Jets next week!

Lions aren't too bad now. They looked great in flashes but don't have the experience or consistancy to do it the full 60 minutes.

Now if only the Bengals can make themselves useful (which I doubt), the Afc will be back in the hands of the good guys tonight

Yes, Hosting a playoff game at home is key to the Pats!! WooHoo at least now the Jets know they have to win to keep pace. Might force them to push a little too hard

Huge momentum change - turnover on a fumble then a turnover on downs!

I would have gone for the FG; no use playing not to lose.

poor play calling at the end there, got run the ball 1st and 10 at the 41. You've got a strong legged kicker, can't throw 3 incomplete passes.

Bungles are so frustrating.
You've probably got one of the most balanced attacks in the NFL with 5 realistic options to receive the ball and a solid RB - and you just can't make it work.
Then you've got Palmer making dumb decisions like throwing it to his check down on 3rd down (Shipley, who is 5 yards short of the first down) who is completely covered.
If you're going to make those types of decisions and punt - why not just jack the ball 40 yards downfield to one of your 2 greats? Gets Intercepted? Well, that's just as good as a punt.

MALCOLM JENKINS!
Just a brilliant play, after it looked like the Bush mistakes had killed the Saints. Fun game, only if you win of course.

Palmer should be shot after that last throw, incomprehensible.

Man, Reggie Bush and Jimmy Graham were AWFUL for the Saints. I couldn't believe what I was seeing.
That's a pretty big win for New Orleans.

Massive win, keeps the pressure on Atlanta who have a tough one Sunday. Tough game for Graham, though at least they were effort mistakes, and Reggie was very rusty.
