Flames fall to the Stars which is no surprise considering the 6 dmen we were forced to dress today. Dubnyk started his 2nd straight game and didn't play as well as I had hoped. The top line of Fisher-Bourque-Hejduk continues to play well, 2 pts each today.

That's the first time that the Stars have scored more than 3 all season, including preseason games. Don't want to go fist-bumping too much because Calgary didn't play Ward and half of their defense is injured.

Outshot the Wild 40-29, had leads of 3-1 and 4-2 and gave up tie goal with just over a minute left. Not able to score in shootout for stinking loser point.
Not good enough.

Got outplayed badly in this one but was able to pull out the 2 points. Still lots of concerns in Minny though.

After a Flames loss, freezing my butt at the West final to see the Stamps lose, I was logging into CP expecting the same fate. Nice to see the secondary scoring help get a win while the top line sleeps.
