Well, to be fair, 4 touchdowns in 3 quarters isn't unheard of. the Defense just needs to get, I dont' know, a stop.

You're up 59-21 and you've still got Vick + your starters in to start the 4th quarter and you're still using an aggressive playbook.
I guess Andy Reid must really, really hate Donovan McNabb.

Better put Vick back in Andy... they closed it to 31 points... If you played him with a 38 point spread, you've got to roll him back out now.

Easy. Eagles = win, Redskins = teh suck. Good game but this kind of domination cannot be evaluated. You need a reasonable game that has two professional level teams to try and get a good gauge of the team.

All I take away from this game is that Vick is the playing the best football by any QB in football right now...and that the Eagles need to shore up pass D at times as a lot of those yards came on obvious pass situations....but thats pretty minor stuff and can be corrected. That was a scary good performance by the offense though. So many weapons and it all starts with the animal abuser.
the Skins are woefully short on talent all over the place. Gonna be a while before Shanahan has what he wants in place me thinks. As much as people rag an McNabb, there just arent many better options that will be available for Washington, so the contract makes sense for now. Sounds like some of the early reporting of the deal didnt have all the info and its not nearly as bad as it seems on face value. The guy threw for almost 300 yds and a couple TD's...and his team gets smoked by 31 points. Defense is not good and when combined with that Eagle offense hitting on all cylinders, the result was somewhat understandable.
yikes that was dominating stuff.

I'm speechless. That might have been the most enjoyable game I've watched as an Eagles fan since the shellacking of Dallas two years ago.

That's the best game of football I've ever seen a quarterback play, statistically at least. Sure it wasn't a close game, and the Redskins may not be an elite opponent, but have you ever seen one player dominate THAT much? Unbelievable.

Yep, Vick has to garner MVP consideration after that game.

The Dolphins have extended TE Anthony Fasano tonight. 2-year, $5.5 million base through 2012.

Yikes! It was a bad week for NFL teams with native American nick names.
