My guess is that tonight, somewhere in Calgary, a woman with a vaguely sick feeling in her stomach is going to mutter something like: "I don't care what those guys say, they are just a bunch of hockey nerds living in their mom's basement".

Ahh. You can tell the kind of chick just from looking at her pictures.
Hits the bars every night from thursday to saturday and tries to see how many drinks she can get boys to buy her.

I don't understand how being "attractive" or not has anything to do with this.
It's a dance floor in a nightclub. If it was somehow dangerous because of the club owner's negligence, she could have a case; if it wasn't, she doesn't.
I've never been to the Roadhouse, but I've been to my fair share of nightclubs around the world, and no one has ever prevented me from going onto the dance floor, and I will honestly say that I don't fall into anyone's definition of "attractive".
If she had just sued because she felt they did something wrong, no one would likely have given this a second thought. Instead, they go for the "attractive" angle, and she just opens herself up to ridicule.

Maybe. However, she filed a public lawsuit and she posted pics on a website with little or no expectation of privacy. Not exactly a surprise in this day and age. Maybe it will discourage frivolous lawsuits.

I just wouldn't do it. If she doesn't know how to use Facebook properly I guess it is her 'fault'. I just mean that I wouldn't do it. But I'm not going to ask to be banned JustAnotherGuy style.
