Here's a million dollar idea.
Condoms that look like dinks.
I needn't get in to the long and the short of it, but how hard would it be?
When one of you older lechers takes this and gets richer, please get me a set pass to Lesbian Fist Magnets.

Given the poor quality of porn out there nowadays, I shed few tears, too.
Good porn is hard to find.

And hard porn is good to find!
I actually feel bad.....The USA is broke(n), and California is in particular trouble. Losing a $10 Billion/Year industry is just brutal.
For perspective, 2008 estimates put the domestic Movie Industry at $9.5 Billion, and the Music business at $10 Billion.

And the video games industry? Which Senator Leland Yee and The Governator are indirectly trying to squash in the Supreme Court this November?

I have many!
Link 1: The bills to criminalize the sale of M rated games to minors (1972), and to keep M rated games in separate sections or all retail outlets so that minors would not have easy access to them (1973).
Both Bills were passed and signed into law on October 7th 2005, going into force January 1, 2006.
On October 17th, the Entertainment Software Association (ESA) filed suit against these Bills.
On December 21st, 2005, the Bill was deemed unconstitutional.
The Governator and Yee appealed to the 9th circuit district court, where the original ruling of the unconstitutionality of the laws was upheld.
The Governator and Yee then appealed to the Supreme Court earlier this year, and to the video games industry's surprise, they have agreed to hear the case this November.
Link 2: My favourite website, www.gamepolitics.com, has been following this exchange like a hawk. This link provides all articles pertaining to the supreme court case.
What's at stake is the question, "Can video games considered art, and thereby classified as protected speech under the First Amendment?" If the answer to the question is yes, then any attempt in the United States to restrict their sale will be deemed unlawful. If the answer to the question is "No," then States that have previously had their 'ban violent games' laws overturned on constitutional grounds will re-submit.
In and of itself, it would have no direct impact on the video games industry, but predictions of indirect affect are frightening. Because publishers rely on retailers to sell their product, if retailers in the States, in an effort to comply with State laws concerning the sale of M rated games to minors, stop carrying M rated games on their shelves, the impact to the industry could be large. Multi-hundred-million productions like Grand Theft Auto, Call of Duty, Halo etc could see their budgets drastically reduced as the potential for profit is slashed.
At best, such a law would make purchasing M rated games an inconvenience for adults. At worst, the law would turn the worlds largest producer of video games on its head as publishers and studios surrender to the idiotic, erroneous notion held by most politicians that 'all video games are children's toys.'
Link 3: Yahtzee, a tongue-in-cheek video game reviewer, talks about the important role that gamers have to play in convincing politicians that they matter.
Link 4: A video examining the issue of video games before the Supreme Court in detail, and simultaneously kept brief.
Link 5: A subsection of Link 2, Stan Lee throws his support in with the video games industry after similar legislation killed the comic book industry in the 70s
But hey, this thread is about porn, right?

Well at least the Eastern European Porn industry remains unaffected. As we speak a freighter loaded with Eastern European's best Betamax formated tapes is on its way in a rare North American Humanitarian aid mission.
