One month, I tried streaming the Fan960 for hours a day and browsing the web a ton on my phone. Other than my battery really hating me, I couldn't even use 200MB. It was ridiculous how low the data usage was!

Install Blackberry Desktop Manager. Plug in Blackberry. (ENter password if prompted). Go to "my computer" and look for the "Blackberry" hard drive, or if you have a SD card it might say "Kingston" or whoever makes the card.
Just browse to the folder you want the music to be, and drag and drop.
Alternatively you can use the media manager.

I picked up the Torch couple of days ago. Really impressed with it so far albeit one problem that I have ran into, I downloaded the Backgrounds app to download Wallpapers but everytime I select one it doesn't save it on my phone and the same goes for BBM pictures, a few of my friends post funny/cool pictures and BBM doesn't even give you an option to save the picture.

The 9700 will support it, but I don't know if it will have any delay associated with it being released for specific providers. For example, it was only a couple months ago that I was able to upgrade to OS 5.0 on my Bold 9000 on Rogers, even though OS5 has been out for a while.

Yeah, plus if you are into using themes, there are still no OS 6.0 themes for anything but the Torch. I just downloaded 6.0 beta of Theme Builder and it only creates themes for the Torch which kind of sucks. I'm sure that will change, but not yet. I couldn't live without themes for the BB.

Surely no comparison to the new iPhone or even low end Android phones... but compared to any previous BlackBerry the Torch wins, IMO
