in 18-49 yes, I didn't say that. I said in ratings, obviously in advertisers minds only 18-49 really matters so that is what is important but I did say ratings and in that case I wasn't wrong.
and when the Big Bang Theory was on at 8 and 830 was in its first and second year when it wasn't as highly known as it is now
And I clearly said it would win the time slot, what I meant by time slot up for grabs was that CBS saw it as up for grabs in that they could move a steady show like Survivor (which is probly close to its end) away from the spot and try and capture a new night for its comedies. It tried the last few years on wednesdays but never with an established hit like now.

of the new shows though, the only one tonight I watched was the event
which was ok and has some potential, but I would recommend if anybody hadn't watched but was planning too DVR it and wait for episode 2 and watch them back to back because tonights ended on a cliff hanger

My bad I think of 18-49 ratings as ratings, and viewership as... viewership.
Survivor near its end?! It's their #4 show, basically. Only Big Bang, 2.5 Men and NCIS do better in the ratings. It ain't going anywhere.

I don't want it to end, but Probst has hinted in the past he only thinks it has a couple years left

'House' exclusive: Olivia Wilde taking leave of absence
House will be minus Thirteen when it returns next season.
Olivia Wilde is taking time off from the Fox hit to shoot a starring role in the big-budget sci-fi Western Cowboys & Aliens.
“Olivia will be there at the very beginning of the season, and then she will not be there for a period of time,” explains executive producer Katie Jacobs.

13 has left the show for an undisclosed period of time. In fact, she's officially gone as of the ending of tonight's season 7 premiere. She will be back, but not until filming wraps on Cowboys & Aliens.
House is only my favourite show ever. I think it's safe to say I know who the main characters are.

So House is going to be a sausage fest! The medical mystery totally has to be a babe every episode now as obviously that's what the female role served on the team from season 1 (until they decided that Cameron was too plain boring and replaced her with a more attractive model lol).

Of all the new premiers tonight, my fav's were Chuck and Hawaii Five-0. Chuck is as good as ever, and Hawaii Five-0 was badass. Hopefully Chuck gets the back 9 episodes picked up and Hawaii Five-0 gets a 2nd season. This is early on thought, but those are my impressions.
And The Event was stupid. I'll give it another 2-4 episodes but damn.

Hawaii-Five-0 was actally not bad - I'll certainly give it another watch. Yeah, it's a little Micheal Bay-ish in feel, but I kind of like the chemistry between the two leads. Babes, beaches, explosions - it's a nice diversion.

Running Wilde was great. If you missed it, you've made a huge mistake.

ya I liked Hawaii-five-0 as well
the two main guys work good together, I think Scott Caan should have had a better career than he has, and I liked Jin and Boomer

I was pretty disappointed with it. I'm not sure what it was, but I just wasn't feeling it pretty much right off the bat.
I did enjoy Raising Hope though....I'll probably try to watch it again in the next few days.
