KFC is chicken, which is more healthy than beef. Even though it's fried it's still healthier than McDonalds (depending on what you eat of course). And they have grilled chicken now, even better.
I love it.
I eat quite healthy so I'll limit myself to 2-3 visits a year, but it's the only place I think of going when that urge for fast food just needs to be met.
For me, anytime I'm sick with a cold/flu the only thing I can stomach is McD's. Usually a couple of plain hamburgers, fries and a coke. Better than chicken soup.
How does a burger or fries sitting in a jar for a month relate to what food does in your stomach where it is digested by all kinds of enzymes?
And of course the fries last forever, they're covered in salt, which is a preservative. The high levels of salt in McDonald's food could easily explain why all of it lasts longer than the street burger and regular fries.
Sorry to go off on a rant but it's a personal peeve - I have a friend who worships this movie and I just cannot understand it. The movie itself is not intelligent, emotionally moving or funny.
It's a train wreck, like looking at a car crash or watching reality TV but in this case it's a guy pigging out on McDonald's for a month.
I don't have a problem with that but I do have one with the masking of the movie as something credible when it clearly isn't.
Also - totally going to have to try that Trigger sometime...just for the hell of it. Looks totally sinful and overly indulgent.
Edit: I've never had a McMini either. Normally I go for a McChicken or Big Mac combo and sometimes I get the Double Cheeseburger. Sounds delicious though

The hot apple pies and fries will forever have a place in my heart. I think the burgers are bit flavourless... I'd take a Wendy's or Burger King burger ahead of them any day.
Sweet and sour sauce isn't in Hawaii. Is it in the other states?
Its a guilty pleasure I allow myself to have every 3-5 months or so. But really, the burgers aren't that good. Wendy's is much better. Even the BK Whopper is better. McDonald's fries however, are best in class.

McDonalds coffee is surprisingly good. Plus the lids they put on their coffee cups are far superior to the crap that Timmys gives you.
I tried the McMini a couple of weeks ago and now I'm going to have to avoid McDonalds because I know I will buy far too many of them. They are damn tasty.
