Wherever you go, don't you dare ask for extra napkins.

PS: Tiki Ming(sp?) in Sunridge is pretty good.

Ok I should clarify. It's good going down, but you will feel like absolute crap for 6 hours after eating it. It's worth the punishment though.

Or why don't you eat at all the other places recommended here so you don't have to go through the punishment?

There's also a place in Falconridge called Emerald Palace. It's good too but my money's on Gong Kee or just place an order at Fat KHee for pick up. I also don't like the place but food is good. Ho Won downtown is better.

My favorite Chinese take-out is not the dinner stuff but the stuff you get for breakfast/lunch time.

Try some take-out Singapore Fried Noodles, Crunchy Chow Mein (not sure what this is called in English, it's a layer of fried noodles and the sauce and squid and peppers, etc. can be poured over top separately), preserved egg Congee with fried devil.

Strangely, you can get real Chinese cuisine there. They usually have a selection of the real stuff that changes each day.

Actually, it is based off a mainland China recipe.

There are good, cheap Vietnamese subs @ the Saigon Deli in the same mall.
Not only do Asian people eat there, they speak some sort of funny lingo to each other when ordering. AND they have an alter that they give subs and stuff to...If it's good enough for _________, it's good enough for me!

My "white guy" chinese food usually consists of:
  • Homemade Potstickers (the Ling Ling ones from Costco, so good)
  • Ginger Beef
  • Sticky Rice
  • Lemon or Almond Soo Gai Chicken
  • Beef with black bean sauce Chow Mein
  • Palace Style Chicken
  • Shrimps with tomato
  • Fat Noodles (you know, the "worms")
  • sometimes ginger chicken
