Goal looked like it might have been offside on the initial replay.
With Villa heading to Barcelona I think we might start to see him in Fifa Player of the Year conversations with Messi, Ronaldo, etc.
You do not lead a European Cup, and a World Cup in goal scoring, while always looking the most dangerous man on the pitch, without being one of the stars in the world.

Thats because the ref isnt buying his diving and as such he doesnt even have to be defended, without the ability to dive apparently Ronaldo doesnt have anything else.

Actually this is pretty accurate.
Drogba got injured pretty much right after the video released.
Cannavaro led the worst Italian team ever and was the goat on a couple of the goals against.
Rooney looked absolutely useless and did not score a goal in the tourney.
Ronaldo has had much of the same impact as Rooney and scored his only goal in a 7-0 thrashing.

As much as I hate them, I really think Portugal got a rough deal today. The winning goal was likely offside, and that red was brutal. That being said, they also look a class below Spain. No offensive creativity whatsoever.

The goal was fine, the red card was bad, but it only put them a man behind for 4 minutes.
I keep telling people, this Portugal isnt that good, they played 3 games without scoring a goal for, that 7 goal thrashing of Korea was an abberation. If it wasnt for Eduardo they wouldnt have even gotten this far.
Possession was perpetually Spain's, it was 60/40 the whole game.
Ronaldo was an empty shirt.
