The marketing gimmick is the argument that the LRTs themselves are wind powered, a statement only the most naive or disingenous would state with any seriousness. I think it's a gimmick and the windmills would be built without the C-Train.

You can see the remnants of the platforms poking out from either side of the Tower Parkade on some satellite images:

Although though to tell, the tunnels look covered over.  Of course, that doesn't really answer the question as to whether or not they are still there underneath.
 
I'd love to see what kind of leftovers are down there.  I really can't imagine Calgary even having any sort of passenger rail, especially the volume that would require multiple platforms.  I believe that the Rocky Mountaineer still uses the station, however.

Wayne and Dean are the other boys.  My dad went to school with the older Harts.  My dad tells a story that he and Wayne Hart (of the boys, probably the one least involved in wrestling) skipped school one day to play pool.  Stu found out, walks into the pool hall, picks up Wayne (my dad says by the throat/shirt with one hand, but that might be embellishing), holds him against the wall and growls "get back to school."
 
On a related note, Ernest Manning High School, where the Hart children and I'm sure many members of this board went will be closing at the end of this next school year.  It will be replaced by the new Ernest Manning High Schoool near 69th Street and 17th Ave. SW.  They are having an event in a few months to celebrate the history of the school.
