That is a good deal ... If I remember correct, they were $800 at Pro Hockey Life last month when I was in.

They are an awesome skate - super light. They didnt fit my incredibly high foot top so I ended up with Vapor 60's.

One thing I have noticed with these new skates is they are very, very durable. 10 icetimes will be a basically new skate with just a few light surface scuffs.

Considering the Original poster often has great deals on high end skates, just because they are the same size doesn't mean they are Nystroms. Lay off unless you have something useful to post rather than attacking the guy for something you assume.

If you wanted Nystrom's skates for cheaper, you should have gone to the sale. This is similar to the Wii-gate. Nothing wrong with what he's doing... IMO.

Provide proof that I said anything about that... and I'll be sure to admit to saying that...

Then again, there's a huge difference between selling skates for less than retail, and scalping...

Cowincedence I dont think so, your just as crooked as he is.
First off, the 9 1/4 does not refer to inches. It refers to size 9 1/4.

Second of all, $450 is still a steal for Bauer TotalOnes regardless of where the original poster acquired the skates.

The seller isn't crooked. It's called capitalism.

Brett, if they stick around for a bit, and you're willing to move a little on the price, let me know. I believe those should be around the right size for me. Does D mean wide?

EE is the widest you can get. D is fairly wide though.

I'd love these, but alas, my foot doesn't fit into Bauer's very well.

Okay, would you want to play shinny? A buddy of mine is getting some friday night shinnys booked at Fish Creek arena. That way, we could just play some shinny and I could try them there.
