Well gentlemen, it was fun being atop the leader board for the awesome timeframe of 3 days, but alas, a long term arrangement it was never meant to be.
I lost two of my top guys in the same f'ing game. I rolled the dice, and, for a while at least, they came up big.
Bah! Damn you New Jersey!!
Although, those Kings picks have worked out well thus far, only time will tell...

I survive for a fourth day atop the leader board it appears. FKA is quickly gaining on me. Damn that Ovechkin.
My only hope for Survival is a complete Bobby Lou collapse, and for Jeff Carter to return as some sort of man/machine hybrid, possible a Terminator.
I have no hope for Gagne. We all know that once hes hurt, hes hurt for good!

Yes, but pickup hockey lists neither of them as injured, so I'm hoping that pickuphockey.com knows something no one else does.
Thats reasonable....right? Right?
If they make it past NJ they may get Gagne back basically.
Its tough, Jeff Carter basically won Game 4 all by himself, but he'd done nothing prior to that. So I guess we'll see.

Sidebets on cyclone being the first one to cross the finish line? Half his picks are gone, and the other half are probably going to bite the dust tomorrow.
Adios New Jersey! Hopefully Gagne will be back sooner rather than later.

Well. Here we are. Down to the very end.
Is it possible that I can come back and regain the win?? My main opposition comes from Eddie Bronze who is rocking the Chicago 3rd line and troutman who is making an impressive comeback.

kinda funny, Eddiebronze helps out Heather by suggesting players and he finishes 2nd behind her.
I know there was 3 side bets I have on the original draft board.
FKA > Windom - PAID!
FKA > Aeneas
Aeneas and someone else (maybe eddiebronze?)

Congrats to Heather, I hope she's helping you as co GM for your Hit the Net team. I'm also glad Eddie hasn't taken over as GM for a team. He always seems to be in the running.

I didn't even check the pool in the second or third round because I was losing Wash. and Pitt. players and then when I looked at it in the finals I admit I got a good laugh out of that. "I let her look at my list!" All in good fun. Glad I didn't win, getting nervous about being invited back. It's happened to me once already where they don't ask me back anymore. Beating Aeneas in the side bet again might not be helping my case any, though. Who could have imagined that we should have taken Briere and Toews with the first two picks instead of Ovechkin and Crosby. Crazy stuff.
Did anyone post the World Cup teams that were drafted?

No worries. I am happy to contribute once again to the EBRSP.
Let me know if you want to meet up for a Slovak, Slovene, or German World Cup win at the pub for payment.
