Looking for Keeper - Rec Soccer - Tuesdays

Looking for a full-time EXPERIENCED (at least decent) keeper for a co-ed rec soccer league every Tuesday night. The league's not overly serious, mostly a have-fun-first league but there are at least 2-3 good players on each team so the competitive level can ramp up depending on the game.
Currently halfway through the 2nd indoor season (5 games left); fees for the rest of the season would be minimal. ($5/game or so)

Indoor game times are usually 10:00-11:00pm.

We'll be playing outdoor as well, the first outdoor season (12 games) starts in April. Gametimes for outdoor are usually around 7:00.

Please message me if you're interested for either the rest of indoor, outdoor this summer, or both.

 Thanks.

I'm not worried about rust. We've got some people who played all the time growing up. Other athletic people who just hadn't played soccer before, and other people who are just there for some fun. Most teams are a mix like that.

Basically our team lacks an experienced keeper, almost every other team has one... so we let in more weak goals than 95% of our competition. Kind of deflates morale. So even if you're rusty, but have played the position alot in the past, odds are you'll do better than rotating through a bunch of people who don't have experience there, like we do right now.

Let me know if you're interested in getting back into it.

Indoor most of the games are at Eastside Soccer Centre. Some are at NSD. 5on5 on the bigger fields, 4on4 on the smaller ones. Varies between games as far as what size field we're on.

It's the Fusion league: http://calgary.fusioncoedsoccer.com
Outdoor most of the games are in the Southeast/Northeast - Forest Lawn, Vista Heights, Dover, Falconridge. 7on7

I've played co-ed indoor and outdoor keeper for about 5 years, I can help you with the rest of the indoor season. Outdoor Fusion, not so much.

I use to play in that league, it's quite enjoyable if you like to drink beer. With a kid now I had to make a decision co-ed or mens, so I took the competitive route of mens soccer, but it is a fun league.
I feel sorry for anybody having to play in net in that field that I use to call the shoebox at East side, all it is, is target practise.

Yeah, that one field squished in the back by the basketball court? Thats just a shooting gallery, a good player can basically score at will on that field.

On that field I've scored more goals while playing goal than not.

You can throw it into the other net FFS. That field is crap.

I'll play if I'm allowed, I believe the rosters are frozen. Once outdoor comes, I'll probably go back to my old Fusion team though. Let me know.

			Bump.
The roster's are "frozen"... but we've added players mid season before, I don't think they really care they just don't want massive roster turnover during the season.

Ideally I'd like to find someone who's able to play the rest of indoor and may be interested in playing outdoor as well... so I don't have to re-recruit then.

 Thanks.
