I still can't believe how fast that happened. Unreal goal to cap a great Canadian olympics.

I agree. Just like even no other angle to replay that?
I posted earlier but I think people thought it was a broken play, Crosby handled the puck slid to referee's foot but poked it to Iggy, who was like getting hit down but while felling, passing the awaiting Crosby. Those two could have happened as just 'another grinding effort' but all of a sudden, Crosby's quick release. Miller was stunned. Cameras could not follow. Fans were late 0.2 sec to celebrate.

Just watched a lot of the game again on CTV. Don't mean to bump a GT thread but I found it humourous to read Coach Wilsons lips right after the Canadians jump on the ice. He asks another coach, "What the F happened?"

I definitely felt for Parise as he looked especially crushed when he accepted his silver.

Sorry if this is fata, but it's the highlights of the game/post-game without any commentary, so it lets you hear only the players and the crowd. It's awesome forwarding to the GWG and hearing Crosby scream "IGGY" and then scoring. They also later give an awesome angle of the goal where you can see Iggy from the moment he made the pass all the way to when he joins in the group hug with Crosby and Co. And lasty you can hear a bit of Iginla's and Crosby's conversation when they were chatting during the transition from receiving the medals to when they took the group pic. Iggy was talking about his pass and they were having a good laugh.

There were also some other cool things that you can pick up during the video but I can't remember them all.

Edit again: Thanks for the proper link Browna.

I'd thank you but you gave me highlights of Canada's women team beating up on Sweden. Is this the new CP rickroll? hehe

Here is the video. I love those bars on the bottom of the video!

Crosby's 87 - Ovechkin's 8 = 79 which is the atomic number for gold!

Bingo Bango Bongo was pretty good, eh? Not superstar great, but still pretty good.

The rest of the team was impressive. Iginla was awesome, and Toews is a beast.

But Thornton? Is there any doubt in anyones mind that he is a career floater?

Biggest game of his life and he doesn't do anything. And he didn't even have to play against the best defensemen of the US like the Crosby line had too.

So glad to see Sid the Kid score that goal. He deserves it.

Haha my bad. But actually funny thing is when I click on your link, it ends up being a video summary of the entire olympics. I'll just edit my message and give instructions of how to get to the video instead.

This work?

http://www.ctvolympics.ca/hockey/res...01/replay.html

The "generic feed" is pretty good, as it has been for all events...no commentary and the interesting camera angles gives every event a bit more raw flavour as opposed to how CTV wants to package it and sometimes talk too much over events.

It was really nice to hear Peter Mahr doing play by play on the Jack FM radio network. It beats having to always have to hear him from the NHL.com site for the games.
