The Czechs and Finns did everything the Russians didn't.Great professional, disciplined defense and amazing goaltending. It took a delay of game penalty and a broken chin strap to decide the game.

Loved the game the Finns played tonight. Though I'd like to see a rematch for the gold medal game, I have a soft spot for Finland and now I'm hoping for a Canada vs Finland final. Yes, I am turning my back on USA hockey. I always do. I am a traitor.
Damn you Jarome Iginla.

Even though I'm happy with the final result, that's a brutal way to lose a game. Instead of going back to retrieve the helmet, it would have probably been better to just stay put and try and block the shot/player.

And take the automatic 2 minutes giving Finland a 5 on 3?

You are not allowed to do that in international events. As soon as your helmet comes off, you have to go get it no matter the situation.

Yep. I know hindsight is 20/20, but you could just feel that was going to result in a goal (at least I could). Either way, horrible break.

I'd rather allow a single point shot than over a minute of 5 on 3
