In the last couple weeks I've had 3 GMs basically ignoring watchdog warnings - not addressing issues until I brought it to their attention.
When you get a watchdog email - pay attention to it. If you are unsure as to why you are getting a warning - ask me about it. Doing nothing is unacceptable.
I have a veteran GM that wants to return to this league who would be very active - so if you've been lazy about the watchdog - consider this your warning.
I know I was over my cap while I was waiting for Ellison to clear and bringing Dupuis off IR. I did get the emails but knew that Ellison would clear\be claimed in that time. I hope I am not one of the ones that you were speaking of, if so then I will wait for someone to clear before bringing someone off IR in the future.
