Even here in Calgary, it's too cold. Just too frickin' cold. I'm moving back to Kiwiland, and bringing my Slingbox with me. Nothing beats watching the Flames on your laptop from the beach.

I had this discussion once today already...I've gotta agree with you. Anything below that, and it doesn't really matter, you'll just die faster.

Couple years ago, me and a buddy went ski-dooing when it was 40 below. The school closed cause it was so cold, so we decided to use the snow day for a big cross-country adventure. That was a little chilly, but still a great time.

Apparently the only place colder in the WORLD today was somewhere in Siberia. How ironic.

I'll disagree on that one too.

-49 is the coldest I've been in, at High Level. It was so cold there was no wind at all. Going up 10 degrees felt good. Got home to Calgary where it was -30, and damn that felt warm!

Wouldn't you have to leave your Slingbox here to do that?

growing up in Ft McMurray, we'd get 3 solid months of -30 and colder. Putting up with a few days of it really doesn't bother me too much.

When I worked in Russia, we had to make a trip to our construction site in Salekhard (that's Western Siberia just north of the Arctic Circle on your globe) in the middle of winter... It was -45 or so, but it really wasn't bad... -10 in Toronto is much more unpleasant...

As long as BioWare stays in Edmonton, I cannot hate it.

I had to drive up here to Edmonton this morning for business. The shock of walking into the cold from inside is unbelievable.

I've never been to Siberia, but I have been to Toronto. I imagine Toronto would be much more unpleasant than Siberia regardless of the weather.
