She is (was?) Miss California.
She gives her anti-gay marriage answer at the Miss America Pageant.
As if that isn't controversial enough, when she doesn't win the pageant she says she was screwed because of her Christian views.
This is embarrassing the organization that runs the Miss California Pageant. They are getting pressured to strip her of her title.
Then this sex tape is revealed. This violates their rules and now they can remove her title. So she fights back saying how it was years ago, she was young, etc and so it doesn't violate the rules. So she sues them.
So they counter sue for the cost of the breast implants they gave her.
They go to mediation and agree to a confidential settlement.
She goes on Larry King and makes herself look even worse.
And now there are more pictures being released.
Is that all of it?

he believes marriage should only be between a man and a woman
If it hadn't been made in to such a big deal I doubt she would be going around talking about the "evils" of gay marriage either.
They both have the same stance, she is one of the faces of that stance for sure, doesn't change the fact that he agrees with her on this issue

You missed the point. Prejean and Obama both have public statements saying they do not personally support gay marriage. Only Prejean though believes that gay marriage should be outlawed. Obama is just personally against it but doesn't think it should be outlawed.
This is of course taking Obama at his word, which is a big assumption. That quote screams political pandering.

Obama is against gay marriage, but for civil unions. The stances are not even close to the same.

What a petulant, hypocritical woman. I wish Larry's corpse had just told her to go pound salt.

Can we get back to what's important here? Finding this sex tape and/or pictures, and sending them to me?

Correct, the word marriage lost its religious meaning along time ago.

Just look what legalizing gay marriage did in Canada, our society has fallen apart and the institute of marriage for opposite sex couples has been tainted badly.

Don't need to be Vladimir to see how the Conservative Party of Canada, hell, the previous REFORM party of Canada are to the far left of Obama. Obama won't even touch the idea of universal health care, yet no party in Canada has yet to suggest getting rid of it and adopting the U.S. style health care. He is pro-gun (including handguns) and pro-death penalty. The gay marriage issue is just one in a long list of things where I find the president on the conservative side of the issue.

She has been stripped of her title as Miss California, for starters.
Secondly, I would like to say I feel sorry for her... I mean, it's HIGH TIME that beautiful, middle-to-upper income, educated, white American women stop being HELD BACK BY THE MAN!!!! Haven't they SUFFERED ENOUGH?!?!?!?!?! [/end sarcasm]
Hey lady- you want people to leave you alone? Shut your trap, halt your publicity tour, and keep your legs shut within 50 feet of a video camera (oops, too late!). You can't say that people are hauling you through the mud when you're only too happy to roll around in the muck with them.

Political environment shapes policy stances. America is a country far to the right so Obama can't take truly progressive policy stances and hope to win or make any sort of changes. That said, he is a more of a moderate than I was hoping. I think he can take more progressive stances on healthcare and financial reform but so far the whitehouse has taken a stance to the right of the Democrats in Congress.

Back on topic, the hilarious thing about the sex tape is she was sending them to a guy she met once. She's nuts.
