Man, a multi night stand of Pearl Jam would be epic. It would be murder for me, as I'd buy tickets to every show. Pearl Jam started this tour in Calgary at our Virgin festival, and it was an absolute blast, they look like they're really enjoying themsleves again.

Thats right. You're one the fellows that doesn't know who to 'behave' at a Pearl Jam concert.
Here's a wicked video of how awesome the crowd was in Calgary, which according to all teh snobby Pearl Jam "ten club"ers from around the world was the wrong way to behave at a Pearl Jam show. Apparantly the proper thing to do is to stand and stare at the band with no movement.
What the heck happened in that Philly thread? It kept building up and building up and I kept watching the date tick closer to July 1st as it looked it was going to climax. I was waiting anxiously to see those pro-bouwmeester guys go nuts when the news is posted that he wasn't going to Philly but rather Calgary and the ensuing discussion that there was still a chance since he was only negotiating and didn't sign yet, etc.
But the last post is on the 29th and then it jumps to August as if there was a whole period of time missing where people just decided not to post at all. What a let-down!

There's a middle ground between standing there with no movement and moshing like a tool with no respect for other people's space.
How many of these people leading the mosh are actually PJ fans who know more then Even Flow and Alive, and how many were just people who went to a festival, got tanked and then heard that song they used to listed to back in junior high before they traded Ten in to Tramps that following year?

Did you even watch the video? If you call that moshing, ... ... ... um... You're wrong.

I actually didn't watch the whole video, and should have clarified my comments to be more in general, not towards that crowd in particular; in fact it's not even just PJ crowds.
Should have made a more general comment on moshers at concerts where that bands fans usually would not mosh.
Hey guys! How was your weekend, mine was a blur. Still no ZZeke sightings here? Humm maybe I should check out the Florida Panthers message board. Anyway I just wanted to check in, a little bit later today I am going to be sitting for self portrait only I will be half man, half moose (my favorite woodland animal) it is just one more step in my daily quest to become Alex Rodriguez. Speaking of . . .Say do you guys have Mexicans up there?

I had it ready even before you dropped the Show Pony reference.
(fyi; A-Rod has a painting of himself as a centaur over his bed, but this isn't it)
