Godfatehr II and Shrek II would be my favorites. A also like American Pie 2, thought it was just as funny as the first one.

T2 had the special FX going for it, but the original had a much better story IMO and the benefit of originality.

I also really liked Karate Kid II.

OK, the "crane kick" seemed at least plausible, but the dual tetherball swingy thing move in KK2? Come on... 
I so wanted to be a Cobra Kai.... but really, without Elizabeth Shue in KK2 my interest really waned in the 2nd one.... Adventures in Babysitting took it's place.... ;-)
ST2: Wrath of Khan is in a different universe with respect to superiority to ST1.

Ghostbusters 2 - come on they controlled the statue of liberty with joystick that right there made the whole movie suck.

The best part about Ghostbusters 2 is when the Titanic is docked in the harbour and you see all the ghosts filing out of it. How cool was that?
