I would just lie and say you talked to your bank and they warned you not to co sign anything. Just push the blame on the bank that way you are safe and she will be none the wiser!

I was trying to think of a way to make this fly.......hrmmmm.
Anyways its though medicard. I wonder if I could get them to lie and tell my aunt that I'm not a good enough co-signer???

A dishonest aunt who thinks she can bully a 23 year old into signing by not being honest about what the loan was about. I'd have no problems telling that aunt to stuff her loan where the sun don't shine. I have no use for people like that.

Anyone who would ask a 23 year old to co-sign for a Boob Job is trying to take advantage IMO.
Don't worry about them being ticked off at you for saying you won't do it. You don't need to make up excuses. If it was for some sort of life saving medical treatment they would be upfront with the reason they need the loan. If not they probably don't consider the fact that it could burden you with financial hardship and aren't losing any sleep over that.
You don't need people like that in your life.
You can pick your friends but you can't pick your family.

I'd be very leery of this situation regardless of what the loan is for. You already stated that the husband has bad credit and wishes he had the money to surgically alter your aunts boobs...yet has the time and money to play golf...he should pick up a 2nd job if it's that important to him. I would be worried that if the boobs he married are a disapointment to him, then there's probably other problems in this marriage too. If for some reason they get a divorce a year or two from now, you'll be stuck paying off that loan.

Ya I understand what a co signer does. The funny thing is I know she will make every payment but I'm not gonna let the family sacrifice for such a stupid reason. That being said she might just wait a few months and get them anyways once she has been at her job longer.
