What makes a random thoughts thread too big? Also, maybe the title should be changed to better reflect these threads, because they are more about conversation than random thoughts. In fact in the last thread a poster was actually called out for "going off topic" because he posted a random thouht instead of keeping with the current conversation that was going on between a bunch of posters.
