Yeah this is awesome. I didnt even know that there was more then one game on today. I love watching the SEC, go Gamecocks!
I have been looking forward to the Boise St. game for a couple weeks now. Chip Kelly was on Jim Rome today and said the ducks will be wearing all white tonight, the stormtrooper look.

i am surprised that Oregon has been dominated to that extent by the Bronco's D. I figured BSU would win this game but not like this.

Oregon is lucky that Boise St. screwed themselves in the first quarter and the refs helped them out as well.
This game should already be a blow-out.
Good to see that Masoli worked on his passing game over the summer.

Masoli has a strong arm.
No first downs in the first half for the ducks is terrible and embarrassing.
These refs are doing a poor job. That penalty for lining up in the neutral zone called after the play was completed was terrible. Too bad there is no preseason football like in the NFL to get the refs in game shape.

Did anyone see that sign in the stands?
"Emilio Estevez can't save these ducks!"
That is gold!

Do the Oregon linemen have to tackle the DL from Boise St. to get called for holding?
I know people expect college refs to be a bit biased, but they are supposed to help their conference team not the other guys.
Hopefully this isn't a sign of more typical terrible college reffing this season.

How can Boise St. be this absolutely incompetent and still be winning?
They have made some of the worst plays that you will ever see a team make in a football game.

WOW!!
You would hope that Blount is gone from the program for that garbage. It takes a real tough guy to sucker punch a guy after playing like crap the whole game.
And then the idiot fights his teammates and needs to be removed by the police?
How do you keep this guy in the program?

What a horrible game for Blount. 8 attempts for -5 yards??
Didn't he say earlier in the week that they owed Boise an ass whooping for last year? Guess he didn't mean during the game.

Worst part about that sucker punch was he didn't even put the guy down. C'mon Blount, if you're gonna sucker punch someone at least make it count. What a punk, I'll be surprised if tomorrow I don't see the headline "Blount dismissed from Oregon" on SI.com

I don't care if it is a buhzillion to nothing. Football is back on TV and that is infinitely more riveting than watching a BlueJays pitcher looking over his left shoulder at something that has been hammered into another galaxy.
However, it's the first time I've seen that blue field and as unique as it is, it's looks horrible on tv! My eyes are still hurting.

I don't follow college football but saw that just now on SC. What an idiot! He should join Pacman in the UFL, lol.

Re: USC QB situation -- my understanding is that Corp won the starting job and would have been the starter had he been 100%. Even though he's probably about 90%, Carroll is probably using it as an excuse to get Barkley in there. If you believe the hype, Barkley's probably the best true freshman pro-style QB to come out in a long time (guys like Terrelle Pryor can get by on athleticism alone, but Barkley apparently has the arm and has already learned the system having graduated HS a half year early). Even if you don't believe the hype, Barkley will be starting over Corp (a former 5-star QB in his own right) and Mustain (a former HS Player of the Year, 5-star QB, and 8-0 as a freshman at Arkansas). Both Corp and Mustain would be starting at any number of schools if they weren't at USC.
