No problem, we have a couple more weeks so I'm not too worried. I've been giving people a day and then just sending them a quick PM as a reminder, but other than that I'm not going to worry about it too much.
When we get down to the last week before the 15th, I'll get a little more focused on speeding things up.

Are we starting the season as soon as the game comes out? Or, are we going to wait a month or two until everyone has it, and is used to it?

Two months? 
I am sure most of us will be getting it on launch day (sept. 15), or within 2-3 days of launch.
Since the game is generally the same as 09, I would say 2-4 weeks, then start.

i'd say 2 weeks. Why would you bother signing up for a draft league if you didn't plan on getting the game as close to launch as possible?

How does the league itself work? Do you play at a designated time or do you have to make arrangements on you own with the other players? Can you play ahead of the schedule if you can get the games in or do you have to wait for everyone to play game one, then everyone can play game two, etc.?

Unfortunately, I don't have those answers yet. There's really been no information at all from EA about the online modes, and I wasn't involved in an online season in '09.
