Such a heads up play. I can't recall ever seeing that. And yes I concur, he's a fantastic leadoff man and great catalyst for the whole lineup.

Wow, I didn't see the game so I bounced over to mlb.com to watch it - I figured it must have been a passed ball or something.
What a guy. As DJF put it; That is how you endear yourself to a fan base Alexis!

Reminds me of years ago when Robbie Alomar stole 3rd on an intentional walk pitch. Love stuff like that.

Not sure if this will link properly.

If not, type in bluejays.com and navigate the video box in the top right corner.

You beat me to it. As his biggest defender around here I'm proud, but he gave the run right back dropping a tough flyball, then saved another one (probably) by making a strong throw to 3rd. I predict he gets more RBIs in this game. (but then again I'm always secretly doing that)

Jays have optioned Inglett to AAA and are recalling Russ "yes I'm still in the organization" Adams.

Personally I like the move, Inglett has done nothing.... why not try someone else.

Ideally JP needs to make a trade to acquire another Outfielder.
