looks awesome. Is it bad that 2 Flyers got voted for the Turek?
Looking forward to the winners, will it be one winner revealing a day?

Tough roomIs it me or does anyone else find it strange that Henrik Lundqvist who had the top GAA on 2.70, 4th in Save % with .896 and 2nd in games played of the top 10 goalies and a Lanny McDonald candidate as MVP but yet didn’t make the cut as the top 3 in goalies for the Vernon Award.

 Where’s the love?
Petr Prucha a 73ov rated player for the Canucks lead the team in scoring with 72 points, but the amazing thing is that he was ahead on the next person by 18 points and no recognition for the Priaken as under-rated and Lanny McDonald as MVP

The Magic Man does his magic?
Thrashers rookie sensation Robert Nilsson who lead all rookies in scoring is basking in the limelight with other rookie standouts Erik Johnson and Nicklas Backstrom. With all the fame and notoriety that the Makarov Award attracts Nilsson was still able to slide under the radar and find his way as one of the 3 most under-rated players in the CPHL for the Priakin Award.

Riseborough wasn’t so bad…. was he?
With all the slumped shoulders and hanging heads that this awards brings, I really wonder to myself… why so down, it’s free cap. I worked like a madman and took a page right out of Mike Milbury page of managing and I still could steal away this free handout...

Great job Doug. Looks like the Habs of reality are mirroring the Habs of the CPHL, no nominations.

Yea I was suprised to see that as well. It's great that he's up for the MVP but can't believe he didn't get enough votes to crack the top 3 goalies. Leafs have a few guys in the running but for some of the tougher awards. Anyway great job with the awards.
