Will this be a one year thing or a steady thing? Cuz if you re-sign your guys now with 75 than next year it goes back to 70, will put a whole lotta stress on things.

Steady. The base amount going forward will be at least 75 million in subsequent years.
What can we say - business is booming for the CPHL!
