should I make my pick next or not? trout seems to be fairly dead set against changing his pick (or atleast recategorizing it) and errrr, playing by the rules 
...but my pick was born well after 1955, so I think Im pretty safe to make it anyways given troutman's drafting record so far

allowing you do draft her as canadian, opens up the possibility of abusing it too much
Europe born... oh but could be born in asia
Black/AFrican born .. oh but she moved to africa...
and so on
play by the rules, or ill find loopholes of my own and you cant complain
