Tattoos are just passe nowadays. Some are cool, some have meaning and some are just out right ridiculous/hilarious.

The best tattoo I ever saw was on LA Ink and it was a father that had lost his two year old girl (could have been younger) to some rare disease. He had a picture of himself holding his girl with her head on his shoulder looking up at him. Cat took that photo and tattooed the girls head on the guys shoulder just like he was holding her in real life. It was so freaking real is it was scary. Now that is a tattoo worth getting.

The main thing I hate about tattoos is when I hear people complain about their lack of money and see x amount of tattoos on there skin or they are talking about getting another one. I'm looking at you sister in law!

Always wanted a tattoo, but could never come up with one good enough that it wouldn't possibly bother me later. My wife has 4, they're not very big and they're tasteful, I have no issues with them.

Isn't the rule, the bigger the stamp the bigger the tramp?

I used to think tattoos on women were ugly. Then my friend got a dragon on her back(she's part Chinese) and I think it's incredably sexy so my view has changed.

New Rule: Just because your tattoo has Chinese characters in it doesn't make you spiritual. It's right above the crack of your ass. And it translates to "beef with broccoli." The last time you did anything spiritual, you were praying to God you weren't pregnant. You're not spiritual. You're just high.

My friend decided to get her's big because she wanted to cover scars from when she was abused by her father when she was younger.

Maybe my next business idea: Tatoo removal. Maybe it's because I'm old (no, it's not - I'd never do it anyway), but I don't understand tatoos. Stuff I've seen adorning people's bodies, if it was painted on my wall, I'd paint over it.

There was a time when tattoos were not lame and gay..............that was when it was bad-ass, and only biker chicks/dudes, pirates etc. had them.

But now there is all these reality TV shows about how cool tattoo culture is..............and ALL the kids are getting them because they are a fad now. You should see how many parlors have opened up in Lethbridge here.

You may look like a ###### in 2009 if you have one or more of the following;
-a tribal arm band
-a barbed wire arm band
-any butterflies (and dont tell me butterflies "means something")
-you or a significant others name somewhere
-chinese lettering (which is often lost in translation)

Personally, I don't have any tattoos. I don't have anything that means that much to me, nor do I have some sort of memory I need to have on my body permanently. A lot of my best friends, including my gf, have or want tattoos. I think it's really cool if you love something enough to get a tattoo.

However, a lot of times, people just get them for the sake of having one. That is dumb.

Truck balls are awesome!

BTW I don't like tattoos that are visible on a woman when she is wearing a formal gown of some kind.........I think it looks trashy.

I have a tattoo of a truck with truckballs being driven by a rottie with a spiked collar across my back.

What a considerate girl, obviously she likes to date multi-taskers who like to read when they plowing her.
