I'm not scanning the horizon for the black helicopter quite yet, but that is a little weird.

The whole article is just plain weird. After numerous instances of sexual assault, the instructors now have to go through a rigorous "online sexual conduct course" to ensure that they don't assault the children they are in charge of. The academic standards require a C average. They are mock-raiding a marijuana field. The guy running the program flat out says he doesn't even follow his own rules.

It all adds up to child molesters teaching the dumb kids how to shoot guns. Kind of a bad recipe.
