Thanks for the replies, and especially fredr for the PM. Due to time constraints my partners and I were referred by a lawyer friend to a small claims court specialist who can help in collecting on a default judgement, even though that limits what we will be able to recover. By the time anything went through QB, the SOBs will be long gone. It's funny though, I met a "Boba Fett" today who offered his kind of persuasion. The ways of the dark side are soooo tempting.
