LF: Rental house/townhouse/duplex in the inner city NW

My girlfriend and I each sold our homes back in January, and now we're looking for a place to rent while we watch the market to see how it plays out.

We're looking for either a house, townhouse, or duplex in one of the following communities:

west hillhurst
hillhurst
sunnyside
rosedale
crescent heights
renfrew

If you, or anyone you know, has a rental property in one of these areas with availability coming up, please send them my way.

I think we'd pretty much be dream tenants, a responsible, professional couple.

I've already searched the usual suspects: rentfaster, kijiji, craigslist, rentspot, homerent.
