And Beach's immaturity continues to harm his team. Bad minor penalty and another misconduct.

IMO, there were issues in that Canes room long before they picked up Beach and he has just made matters worse.

King gets a goal and its 4-2 very late in the 3rd. Its the first time this playoff that the Hitmen have given up more than 2 goals in a game.

I am not sure that he has made them any worse.

If anything the team has been a lot better since he joined them.

I think it is time for him to leave the WHL as the refs are going to call him for skating onto the ice.

Of course he can't go to the AHL next year because of his age but next year will be a waste of a year for him considering the moron reffing when it comes to him in the WHL.

It ain't the refs. Beach is a joke, and always has been. He's got talent, but he has no respect for the game or his opponents, and it doesn't matter where he goes. He will always be that guy the officials target. Given where the Canes were when they acquired him, it was a no-risk proposition, but honestly, I think the Canes need to look at trading him before next year.

So you have been watching the Canes this year since he arrived to see the BS calls that he has received?

Against the Blades he got punched in the face twice and got a roughing penalty and the other guy got nothing.

His suspension for "cross-checking" was BS, his suspension for shooting the puck in RD was BS and based on his name only.

He repeatedly had calls against him in the regular season that were garbage calls as well.

The Canes don't have enough talent to trade one of the top players in the game next season. I guess if they want to tank it they should move him but even with the garbage calls from the refs he still is worth a lot more than 95% of the guys in the league.

I know his reputation, and he earned it all by himself. He has to live with it. And the team that employs him has to decide if the positive he brings is worth the negative he brings.

The issue was players vs coach. Dyck doesn't have their respect and he doesn't deserve it. Beach was a poor pickup though. His antics have hurt the team.

I don't think he has earned the reputation and that most of it has come from BS hype over tiny little incidents.

People act as though he has been bad in Lethbridge and he hasn't done bad thing since being here and yet has got 3 terrible suspensions for doing nothing.

Even if his reputation was warrented it still shouldn't affect how a ref calls the game and just goes to show how terrible the reffing is in the WHL that those idiots can let a reputation of a guy affect how they call the game.

He was bad in Everett, and he's been bad in Lethbridge. It amazes me that you can even defend his shooting a puck into the crowd after a game. Deliberate or not, it was stupid, childish thing to do, and he deserved it. His hot dogging against Medicine Hat led to a brawl that cost two of his teammates suspensions.

A lot of talent, but the kid is a complete joke. Fortunately, he is your problem, not ours. And really, that his antics affect how officials see him isn't a WHL problem. At every level of hockey, players that earn respect get the benefit while players that gain reputations don't.

Anyway, the western series are getting a little more intersting, as Spokane rebounded to win 5-2 over the Giants, while Tri-City got clobbered 7-2 by Kelowna. Good to see those two teams making something of their series.

He didn't purposefully shoot the puck in the stands. He went to shoot the puck against the boards like 100's of players do after a loss and it unluckily got into the stands. Had he shot it on purpose then I agree it would have been terrible but what he did was an accident and only an incident because of Beach on the back of his jersey.

It was the actions of the Tigers and King/Orfino that got them suspended. What Beach did was barely worth a mention let alone a suspension or the crap that he got. Med Hat was pissed that Beach was owning them all night and got them to take two moronic penalties. Isherwood saw an opportunity to take a cheap shot at Beach with a busted jaw after the little bitch Ennis threw his stick. Then McCue realizing he can't play the game figured he should cheap shot someone as well to fit in with the other losers on his team. Beach wasn't responsible for a single thing that happened in that melee and wasn't close to the worse guy on the ice during that whole event.

A no-talent like Chris Bruton sucker punches Beach and eeryone cheers. If it was Beach morons would be calling for him to be kicked out of hockey for life. Perhaps Bruton can gloat about that while he is flipping burgers at MacDonalds and Beach is having a great career in the NHL.

He is "problem" that I am that we have. I will take a "problem" with that amazing talent any time. He is a great kid that is going to have a great career and he deserves every great thing that happens in his life.

I seriously doubt Beach will have a great career in the NHL. He might get there, but he doesn't have the mental ability to be "great".

And sorry, but Beach doesn't get a free pass because he supposedly "accidentally" shot the puck into the crowd. The fact is, he did shoot that puck, he did hit a fan and his own actions led to his own suspension. Stupid move by a pathetic child.

Ditto the brawl he started. He chose to show up his opposition. He caused the entire thing, and he is responsible for King and Orfino getting involved from the bench.

As far as his great talent goes, he sure hasn't shown any in this series, and frankly, not a whole hell of a lot against the Blades either. Guess he can add playoff choker to his impressive list of failures.

He has fine mental ability that has allowed him to be great in the WHL. There have been a ton of guys with no mental ability make in the NHL. Beach will do just fine there.

If you actually watched what happened there is no "supposedly" about it. There is no doubt it was accidental and it deserved no reaction at all. But heaven forbid the WHL ever do anything intelligent.

He didn't start the brawl. He didn't throw a single punch. Not his fault the Tigers can't stand to lose and have to act like little bitches.

Beach acted properly during the whole play and hopefully does the exact same thing in the same situation in the future.

Against the Blades he scored a key goal and played great in the game 4 win as well. Not his fault that Dyck was a moron and played him with two pluggers for the play-offs.

I believe "no-talent" Chris Bruton is actually playing for Acadia in the CIS, not flipping burgers.

Beach has all the talent but the wrong attitude (right now). I think he will have a great NHL career and turn out as a mix of David Backes and Scott Hartnell.

We'll see. The big thing going for Beach is his age. He has time to grow up, and if he does, his talent should shine through. I suspect he will require a better leader/coach than Dyck though.

Hopefully we can wrap this thing up tonight.
