I just got a statement for a soundsaround account that I closed 5 years ago. Good thing is I got the letter from them 5 years ago stating that the account was closed. So I called them up asking if someone was fraudulently reinstating this account and they said that they sent a terms and condition letter for the account.

My question is how do terms and conditions apply to an account that was closed 5 years ago?

I just got the same letter for an account that was closed around 5 years ago as well. They didn't even put a number on the letter to call with any questions...argh
