Not sure how that qualifies as 'gold'. A poorly written rant by someone who only sees one side of the argument (and doesn't fully understand the issues) is more like it.

As far as the protesters go, I have to agree, there's no point. He's out of office. I would almost think no commotion would be a more effective statement. Don't further legitimize his importance to the world. Let him fade away like he should.

All that said, I do have a morbid curiosity to what he might be saying (and more importantly how he might be saying it)

I disagree. He seemed pretty clueless for 8 years and now he's probably got that high hangover where he doesnt know whats happened to him for the last 8 years.

He'd be about as interesting as Keanu Reeves in Bill and Ted's Bogus journey lecturing on quantum physics. Everyone knows that Death carried that movie.

His cockiness just bugs me though. His lack of personal responsibility is truly infuriating. His last press conference nearly had me break my computer monitor.

Who was the last President that showed any sign of personal responsibility?

The guy made mistakes. He already admitted that much. What else should he do about it? Its not exactly a job that allows you to go back and change things for the better once they're done.

Ok that part I have to disagree with. Only in passing and with the very least of responsibility. Obama has admitted more mistakes so far then he Bush did in 8 years, and it's been refreshing.

Bush has waved his mistakes away talking about circumstances and the failures of the people and the country and world around him. He said his biggest mistake was putting up the 'mission accomplished' banner. Not in any of his actual policies or decisions, just the context of his actual speech and dialogue and the timing of it.

That's why I don't think any speech by him would be interesting, cause it would be so skewed and biased it would be pretty hard to gain any perspective from it.
