A no-thanks button would be fantastic. Too often bad posts and threads float back to the top from replies of people explaining their disdain for the post. A no-thanks button would let bad threads go away faster, while still letting people give their disapproval.

What about thanks per post?
As for bad posts, that's what was nice about the skill points they would punish bad posters but we haven't really seen a decrease in quality of posting since skill points were eliminated.
