Ok stupid question. When I first start and it says select a level, all 40 space have a 1 in them. When I move the mouse over they turn to ?'s. How do I start level 1?

How on earth do you beat level 16? I've just about had it a couple times, and it's really starting to piss me off!

I just cut the whole thing off above the pivot point and at an angle so that the whole piece just slides left into the boat. Then just cut it up inside the boat.

try cutting half of each of the two pieces that hang out on the right, should cause it to fall over to the left, with some patience and practice you should be able to get them to all bounce into the boat with just 1 cut.

Use the fat chick to knock the one guy in. Then slice out a pizza shaped wedge, including the top guy, and that will slide down into the boat. Then for the third guy cut out another pizza shape and slide him in. Once you cut the left pivot point off, the remaining ice should get closer to the boat because of the middle pivot point is the only one holding it.

Well I'm dumb and that just ain't working for me. I've had the top two guys in the boat about 40 times, but that bottom guy always ends up in the drink.

Jeez. Now I can't do it either... But I just beat it a different way. I cut off an arrowhead shaped piece from the top to make the one guy slide down to the middle level. When the ice and the guy came left, the whole thing flipped over and two guys bounced in the boat. The third guy remained on the ice which was leaning on the head of the boat. There is a big piece of ice above him that if you cut off properly, it'll come down a knock the third guy in.

Okay now I'm stuck on #22 (the one with the maze thing hanging in the air and two big blocks of ice hanging on both sides. I get the idea but the damn thing won't turn.
