I'd be up for this one too
Definitely won't be as much interest as there was for the female draft, on this forum, though, haha.

Oh of course haha but there's quite a few female posters I can think of off the top of my head. I'm guessing we could easily have 10 people in the draft, with the possibility of more people depending on interest.

What about a "Best of the Best" draft? Basically you pick the best in each cateogry.
Best Actor
Best Actress
Best Movie
Best TV Show
Best Hockey Player
Best Football Player
Best Baseball Player
Best Rock Band\Singer
Best Country Band\Singer
Best Pop Band\Singer
Best Video Game
etc. etc. etc.
Also you could have a worst of draft....

Anyone interested in a March Madness draft? I'd see it working best with a relatively small number of managers, say, eight managers who each draft eight teams. The draft would be finished before the tournament starts, and then we'd get points for how our teams perform in the tournament. Then you get a point for every win your team gets. So it would be different from a bracket system, since every team has only one owner.

What about a video game draft? Have a category for all the major platforms (Sony/Playstation, Xbox, PC, Nintendo), some year or genre categories, maybe a "Vintage" category where the game had to be originally released for Atari/original Nintendo/Sega. You could even have a "franchise" category, consisting of games that have more than 1 sequel.
Just a thought.

I was thinking that as well, I just did not know how to do it. Maybe by genre, first person shooter, RPG, Sports, war etc.

Yeah but they have been going on for like 6 months now. I think the thing is that I am not interested in those ones so I don't pay to much attention to them. Just my thoughts, obviously there are people that are into them just not me.

Probably a bad time since it's playoffs.
We can do a Hottie Draft II after the Flames win it all

List some categories. This has been suggested a few times.

I dunno. I don't have many categories.

Girlysports, were you still planning on doing this one? If not, I'd like to take the idea and get it started. Possible categories could be:
Monarch
Politician
Warlord
Commander
Soldier
Mercenary/Vigilante
Religious figure
Philosopher
Writer
Artist
Composer
Scientist
Inventor
Explorer
