Do the words "realistic" and "zombie" really go together? That's like describing Star Jones as "skinny".

Of hypnosis or them being able to do it by an arcade game?

There were too many camera cuts, and quick angle cuts for it to be considered "real". Plus, if I went to a pub with a buddy, and he snaps into a trance, I'm not gonna just sit there with this dumb look on my face. The concern of the friend was the scariest part of the whole production.

Reminds me of the scissor throwing into arm video clip. That one was more real than this one was.

There is such a thing as having multiple video cameras in the building and then when it comes time to editing the video using multiple angles. And you and me for example wouldnt stand there looking at the guy instead of helping him but there's people out there who are more 'stunned' than us.

I was talking more along the lines of when they would show them transporting him on the gurney <sp?>. Just seemed too staged. Too many cuts. Put that's just my personal opinion.

As for being stunned, again personal opinion, they were too easy to go along with what was going on for what was happening.

It is my opinion that it is fake. I'm not saying it is, or isn't... just my opinion.

If you google Derren Brown you will find that he is quite famous in England (especially with the student population apparently. It's possible they recognized him). He has been on TV and whatnot. Hes actually a pretty interesting dude. Does these sorts of things and goes on to explain (more or less) how its done. Its worth the google.

That was very cool. I do believe it though. I think the quick camera angle changes are a result of the editing done after it was already shot. It's quite possible that there were a couple camera men or a bunch of cameras placed in certain locations.

Nevertheless, that guy looked scared shinguardless. I googled Derren Brown and this zombie game and it stated on a website that they actually took out a pretty big chunk of the video because the guy was screaming so much.

Total Bullshinguard!

Even if you could put someone into a comatose state with a few flashes of light, transport them via stretcher, stand them up, and wake them with an airhorn (which I highly doubt) there is absolutely no way this guy would subject another person to such an intense psychological trauma without his consent. It would be a slamdunk law suit, the equivlent of showing up in a maximum security prison in short shorts with a hole cut out in the seat.
