If you get a chance before dark go check out Fish Creek over by the Bonavista Area or Midnapore...I haven't seen anythng like it. You hear the water from the ridge just as if you were standing at the shore one of our coasts....

Edit: I should add....the little creek is about as wide as the Bow right now. I haven't seen flooded like this before

Wonder what this does to the coyote dens in Fish Creek. Hopefully the coyotes aren't driven out into neighborhoods and so on.

I am sure they go for high ground as any animal would. But I can't imagine a coyotes high ground is the closest neighbourhood. 20 miles away probably.
At the same time the edges of any flooding water are dangerous so keep your dogs away.And watch out for panicking beasts. They gamble too!
