Ducks got overconfident against a weak team I suppose. Roloson was supposed to start but did my lines get sent to junk mail or something Grant?

Rangers 3 - Bruins 2

Well Vinnie adds another 2 points today, he now has 6 points in the last two games. This is by far the best two games he has played for the Rangers.

Today was a rare game where the Rangers goalies have a solid game...... go figure.

Goalie Statistics

Jason Labarbera (BRU), 21 saves out of 24 shots, L, 1-5-0
Martin Gerber (RAN), 29 saves out of 31 shots, W, 15-12-3

Power Play Conversions
BRUINS 0 for 5
RANGERS 1 for 4

Game Stars
1 - Martin Gerber (RAN)
2 - Miroslav Satan (RAN)
3 - Niklas Hagman (BRU)

Just re-loaded the Ducks lines in Brodeur was still the starter.

Damn, Labarbera lets up down with three goals on just 24 shots. And we had 31 against the Rangers. PP is the goat though, going 0 for 5. Stillman is still nursing an injury and with Mitchell out I was forced to play Bonk on the PP...so, I guess HE is the goat.

Isles snap a 300 game winless streak fortunate enough to get Buffalo's backup netminder Dubliecjozyuiiiz.

Caps eek out a win.... not a solid effort though. They will need to be better if they have hopes of making the playoffs.

nice to get a win with a 70OV goalie in net.

Man that Philly team sucks bad. They are the suckiest bunch of sucks that ever sucked. They are the true Mickey Mouse club.

(consider the pot stirred)

Good win against a team we're fighting for the last spot in the play offs. Great games by Avery, Pothier and Miettenin. All three put up 2 points. Gomez is cruising along with another point, making him a ppg player for the Blues

Sharks take the Cup rematch...as was expected.

Close game though as we went up 2-0 five minutes into the 3rd only to give up 3 goals in 3 minutes. Luckily Briere and Horton still had some gas left in the tank as they each scored within 17 seconds of eachother to get the win late in the 3rd.

Next up is the State rival Kings tonight!

Nothing wrong with a tie here, as we expected a tough battle. Still very unimpressed with Toskala since he came over. He is yet to win a game and keeps getting tired on us. If this continues his time here could be short lived.
