Shaw box says I have a message?

those messages are the bane of every TSR at shaw. you wouldn't believe the amount of calls they get because of that stupid little red light

The more time goes on, the more stupid I think the general public is. Every time I rent a Blu-ray the clerk asks me: "You now that's a Blu-Ray right?". I guess people have been renting them and come back livid because it doesn't work in their DVD players.....
