I was curious about this game, because I've really enjoyed the NFS series so far. It sounds like EA was really lazy.

I picked it up, been playing it all day... its not bad.... Personally i think NFSU2 and NFSMW were better... but the online racing is pretty good... however... first day of release and people have super cars already that you dont even stand a chance against... anyone else playing the game at all?

the series peaked with Most Wanted. the storyline and how it made the game progress made the most sense, the progression of getting new upgrades vs. new cars was right on, the cop chases were a blast, and the video cutscenes had just the right amount of campy cheeziness. i still play that game on a regular basis

Man, Most Wanted was the ish. I played that game for about six months straight.
