Well, that was a pretty kick ass episode. One of the few (if any) since season 1 where I was gripped through the entire episode. The only "gimmie a break" moment was Ando coming back to life. I am really looking forward to last week.

That was a kick ass episode.
Mr. Petrelli's got quite the power. And Hiro getting hit with the shovel, not once, but twice was pretty funny!

Whenever I see Mr Petrelli I always hear the theme song to Jackie Brown in my head, hes an amazing actor and its good to see him around. This show is just doing enough to keep me watching, but not enough to get me to pass up on some vintage 'Treehouse of Terror'. Its pretty amazing that the simpson can play a different hallowe'en episode every weekday for an entire month.

It's interesting that the mail Patrelli's that all have powers are very similar in that they absorb people's powers but all do it in different ways.
Sylar sees how the power works in their brain
Peter absorbs it by seeing other's do it
the Father sucks it out of people.
Interesting Family lines.
I loved Hiro being hit with the Shovel twice and both times it was predicted by the paintings.

Mail? ROFL!
I watched it.. was slightly annoyed at the time, but it was probably the best of the season so far.

Do'h
Didn't you watch the last episode where they planned to take control of the post office and the new character with the power to find undelivered or misdirected packages. I think it was pretty clear I was referring to that

I just want to know what the limitations are on Dad Petrelli's powers, other than having to touch someone to absorb his powers. Sylar's limitation is interesting in that he has to see the brain to 'understand' and absorb the power. Peter has needed instruction/practice in how to use some of his powers, but has the easiest acquisition. I wonder if the father's use of powers is temporary or permanent?

So why didn't Peter absorb his father's power while he was so close to him? Is it because it would have created an infinite loop of power absorption that would have ripped the fabric of space and time in the Heroes universe?
PLOT HOLE!!

Peter doesn't really learn how to use the powers instantly. He would have absorbed his dad's power, but wouldn't know how to use it, or even that he needed to/could use it.

Claire's father (don't even remember his name on the show, haha. Jonathan, maybe?) - he was referred to as Horn-Rimmed Glasses when the show began.
